Best matched with PE3 line and 150-210g jigs, it delivers extra power for demanding situations and larger fish. It is especially useful in fast currents, where power and control are critical. With a spinning setup, it can create reaction bites through ultra high-speed jerking. It also provides the stopping power needed when jigging around artificial reefs or heavy structure.
